Story About Our Firm
About Andries Law Firm, LLC

How We Began

The Andries Law Firm, LLC was started by attorney R. Jerome Andries in 2017. Our core values represent what clients expect of a law firm such as reasonable pricing, promptness to legal matters, legal expertise, and the willingness to help.

Our firm was started with the idea of providing legal services to every parish in Louisiana and we work hard towards that goal daily. We use technology suited for our clients to ensure that they receive the best legal assistance possible.

Our Philosophy

We believe in providing affordable legal services to as many clients as possible all throughout Louisiana.

Our Principle

Our firm values hard work and is not afraid to take cases that other law firms overlook due to complexity or lack of funds by the client.

Our Key To Success

We work just as hard for the “little guy” as we do for our corporate clients because we believe that everyone deserves strong legal representation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your attorney fees?

We charge flat-rate fees for most legal matters. This not only saves money for our clients but also lets them know exactly how much the legal representation costs upfront before we start work.

Do you offer payment plans?

We allow clients to split the legal fees up into separate payments for many legal matters so that they can make payments. However, it should be noted that we do not file until our fees are paid in full.

Does your firm operate "virtually"?

Our firm uses technologygy to service clients all over the U.S. We do this so that you don’t have to drive to us to handle your legal matters. Many of our clients live in other areas or simply do not want to come into a lawyer’s office so we can handle most matters via phone, email, text, and mail.

What types of cases does your law firm handle?

The Andries Law Firm handles a wide variety of legal matters for our clients such as probate, last will and testament, uncontested divorces, land donations, trademarks, copyright, contracts, business formations, and more.

How long does a succession take in Louisiana?

The length of time it takes to complete a Louisiana succession entirely depends on the facts of the case.

How long does it take to get a divorce in Louisiana?

Each uncontested divorce has different timeframes before it can be completed. For example, if you have children under the age of 18, then you may have to remain separated for 365 days before the judge will sign a judgment of divorce. However, if you’ve already been separated for the required amount of time you will be able to complete your divorce much faster.
